1. The quality, pricing, availability, or outcome of services provided by Spa Partners

2. Any promotions, offers, or communications managed by third parties

3. Any personal injury, property damage, or other loss occurring at a Spa Partner’s location

     B. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all liability—whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive arising from:

2. Any communication or transaction with Spa Partners

3. Any dispute, claim, or conflict between Users and Spa Partners

4. Any third-party services accessed through our Platform

11. Data Retention

We retain personal and business information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, or as required by applicable laws and regulations. Retention periods vary depending on the type of data and its intended use.

    1.    Lead-Matching Data

Information provided by users for spa matching (such as name, contact details, and zip code) is retained for up to 15 days to fulfill spa requests and improve services. After this period, the data is either anonymized or securely deleted, except where it is retained for the limited purposes of surveys or notifications as described in Section 11(A)(2).

2. Surveys and Notifications (User/Lead Data)

If you provide your information as a lead, we may send you limited follow-up communications such as surveys or service-related notifications by email or SMS (for example, a survey sent 10–11 days after your initial request). This data may be retained for a short period beyond the 15-day lead-matching period solely for the purpose of delivering such communications and processing responses. You may opt out of receiving further SMS communications at any time and may unsubscribe from non-essential emails.

     3.    Spa Partner Information
Information related to Spa Partners is kept for the duration of our business relationship and for legal, operational, or compliance needs.

     4.    Other Personal Data
We keep other personal data for a reasonable period to support platform functionality, or as required by law.

You may request deletion of your personal information at any time. We will process such requests in accordance with:
